More than a passion,
a calling.
Québécois based in France since 1996. 35 years in front of audiences. One single obsession.

More than 35 years in front of audiences — and always the same conviction: what people experience matters more than what they're told.
The calling.
It all started in 1988. And thirty-eight years later, in 2026, the engine is still the same: making an audience live an experience, and knowing how to read the room.
A few milestones along the way:
· 1988 — Turntables and vinyl records — I became a disc jockey.
· 1989 — Cégep de Rouyn-Noranda opened the doors of student radio.
· 1990 — Formal training in radio-television communication at the CRTC — Collège Radio Télévision Communication de Québec.
· 1991-1992 — First events company: from weddings to seminars, B2C and B2B in parallel.
· 1993 — Training as a recreation intervention technician at Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup.
· 1995 — I discovered France. And rediscovered my craft: hosting. From there, everything followed — and never stopped.
The stage years.
Between 1995 and 2012, I worked in French tourism. And since the mid-2000s, I've collaborated with the largest event agencies on conventions and seminars in France, across Europe and worldwide.
A few highlights — among hundreds of other events:
· 2001 — Canadian columnist on France 2 in Encore plus libre, alongside Nagui and Karine Lemarchand.
· 2009 → 2015 — Host of the World Chocolate Masters, Paris Chocolate Show.
· 2014 — Host of the Americas team for Intervilles internationales, filmed in Budapest.
· 2017 → today — Official host of the International French Pastry Trophy with the Confederation of French Pastry Artisans.
· 2023 — English-language voice of the Toulouse Stadium for all five Rugby World Cup matches.
Reading an audience isn't something you learn from one event: you learn it from all of them. Thirty-five years of rooms, sets and stadiums — accumulation is what sharpens the eye.
The 2017 turning point.
2017. I trained as a practitioner of Ericksonian hypnosis. And I created HYPNOS, a playful and educational show that proves one simple, dizzying truth: the power of the human mind is limitless.
Our limits are often nothing but beliefs — and most of them exist only in the eyes of others.
The common thread.
Keynote speaker, coach, motivator, host, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Moving Motivators facilitator, hypnotherapist: it sounds like many professions. It's one.
Everything I do serves the same obsession — creating the conditions for people to dare, decide and act. During the event. Not after.
Early 2026, I'm completing my master practitioner certification in Ericksonian hypnosis — to push even further my mastery of the levers that shift a decision, a stance, a team.
The keynote speaker who codes.
Always curious about new technologies — from computing to the internet, all the way to generative AI. In constant development.
In 2026, it's no longer enough to talk about the tools. I design my own. I coded BOOMA, and also several custom applications for my clients — connected devices, interactive mechanics, proprietary event tools.
All built for the same purpose: to bring maximum interactivity, participation and engagement from the audience during your events.
A few words from those
who moved forward with me.
Verified Google reviews. Untouched. Here's how three people describe what they experienced in coaching or one-on-one work.
« Vincent has a gift! If you can go and see him, I highly recommend it. Coaching, hypnosis — he's truly excellent. Thank you, Vincent, for these moments of sharing. »
« He knew how to listen, to help me identify what I truly wanted. Thanks to the coaching, the hypnosis and his deep sense of listening, he helped me regain confidence and get myself moving again. »
« Intensely emotional moments shared during the congress. Thank you, Vincent. »
I'm also a stage hypnotist. HYPNOS will be at the Avignon Festival in July 2026.
